the Lodi, Alta Mesa, Sierra Foothills and Umpqua Valley Appellations among selected
others. Only the best hand selected grapes and quality wine making processes are used in
Pasos wines. They are hand crafted, artistically blended and produced in limited
quantities. Mr. Pasos takes such special care that Pasos Vineyards unique flavors and
style come through in each bottle of wine. All varietals are carefully aged in new
Hungarian and French oak barrels to give each of our wines its own special profiles,
aromas and spices. The wines have won so many awards that the webmaster refuses to
list them all and keep it up dated!
